This course delves into the joys, and challenges, of being a regular facilitator of Council circles.

What comes with the Facilitator’s role: questions around projection, ego, intervention, safety…

We look at the shadow side of facilitation, our blind-spots, what to do when we’re triggered, or when the group is triggered, burn-out…

as well as revisiting concepts from Council 1: ‘turning into the skid’, ‘trusting the process’, the wisdom of the Four Intentions…

Delivered online, via Zoom, across 2 weekends
