Tovanot is a council based organization. It was cofounded in 2003 by Galit and Shay Hanien council trainers and part of the leadership group of MH in Israel. Tovanot brings council into Organizational and private fields. In the business Organization section Shay has developed the “Spherical Communication” modal based on council to enhance leadership end communication skills and it works also in Health and Education system in order to create a change in the Israeli society. In The private field Shay and Galit are Flash and Spirit certified trainers and bring council to couples and families. We have been doing the work in the last 13^th years in Israel and various places in Europe like: Austria, Italy and more.
