    Adam Rumack is the Executive Director of The Ojai Foundation Land Sanctuary. He first came to The Ojai Foundation on a high school Rite of Passage trip and began practicing Council in 1996 as a student in Los Angeles. He went on to earn a BA in Modern Literary Studies from UC Santa Cruz and an MBA in International Management and Leadership from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Adam has lived, studied and worked in South Africa, El Salvador, and Japan, traveling widely in Mexico, South America, and Canada. He is an active member of The Ojai Foundation Land Sanctuary Youth Program Facilitation Team, and is an affiliated Council Trainer who has facilitated Council in classrooms, faith-based organizations, treatment facilities, on wilderness programs, for youth groups, and with Ojai Foundation staff and volunteers. He also helps to lead youth and adult programming at The Ojai Foundation and the Esalen Institute. Adam practices and teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
